Such a bittersweet moment this is. But what a way to finish one of my favourite series. Catherine knocked this one out the park. This book being the final book of an already classic series, held high expectations and it does not disappoint at all. From the very beginning to the unexpected twist in the end the reader is held captive with the unknown anticipation of what happens to come.
We met Gabi in the previous book and were witnessed to her sunny/passionate, naïve disposition turned upside down to her tragic faith employed by her deceased husband. A shell of woman was left until her world is turned upside down again when she meets Hunter Blackwell.
This story will have excited, intrigued, angry, happy, sad, hopeful and on an emotional rollercoaster as you read. However, you'll enjoy and savour every moment of it especially as a fan of this wonderful series.
Catherine takes us down memory lane as the full cast of the other books make their appearances throughout the story giving the reader a sense of familiarity and comfort, which ironically is what they provided for each other throughout each storyline.
I'm extremely grateful for the day I stumbled upon Single by Saturday on Amazon. I one-clicked and never turned back introducing me to books that I have come to adore and loved as well as to Catherine who has become one of my favourite authors. I will miss this series but have gathered a collection of books that I will forever have to go back to whenever I feel like it. I look forward to what comes next.

This is the last book in the Weekday Brides series. Reading them in order is like slowly being introduced to people who become your friends. One of the things I enjoyed most about the stories was how the characters overlapped in the books, adding new people, and never dropping the old.
The world of the uber rich is fun to fantasize about, and there are plenty of opportunities in this series. All the men are rich and handsome, and all the women are smart and beautiful. And of course true love must come in between the kidnappings, danger, and excitement.
I recommend this series of books for any time you need to escape to another world, one where happily ever after is guaranteed.
Another perfect story, but...

Catherine Bybee writes a great story, but sad to say that in the books mentioning the Florida Keys, she didn't do any homework whatsoever.

A quick look at a map shows the Keys are bordered by The Atlantic Ocean and The Gulf of Mexico - it is not located in the Caribbean. And another quick fact checks shows the highest point in the Florida Keys is 18 ft above sea level. I have written to her about it, but she never replied. Another quick check tells us that the Keys are tips of an ancient coral reef. Therefore if you did cliff diving (if you could find a cliff) you would probably kill yourself as much of the water next to each island is pretty darn shallow unless dredged.

On the other hand, the story was tremendous fun. I've read nearly all of her books (and own them) and I've reread most of them at least once.

Read and enjoy. Yes, there's some sex, but the characters don't salivate in every scene and the plot and the love story dominates. If it weren't for the Florida Keys part, I'd happily give this a five star rating.
WOW! Catherine has really done it again! This series has gotten more intense, with more suspense and action the later into the series you get and for this, the last book in the series, Catherine decided to go out with a bang. We first met Gabi our heroine in her brother’s story Seduced by Sunday and while this book is fine as a standalone I highly recommend reading SbS first so you have all the background. Hunter Blackwell is a ruthless, relentless, uncompromising billionaire who is very used to getting his way. He’s heard rumors about his old friend Blake’s wife and her business and comes to Alliance for assistance when he finds himself in need of a bride. When he is rejected he does what any cold hearted ruthless billionaire does, he blackmails Gabi to marry him herself. I loved getting to know Gabi better in this book, she has come such a long way since we met her in SbS. I loved watching her get stronger and grow into herself. I LOVED her frequently telling Hunter to jump in front of a bus, with diminishing vitriol as they begin to grow on each other. These two are not your typical romance couple, not even in an enemies to lovers story. They had a LOT of obstacles to overcome and more than their fair share of hidden agendas. I really wondered how Hunter was going to get redeemed in this book, he was THAT much of a….jerk ( won’t let me use the words I’d usually use in his case) but he comes around and as you learn more about him maybe he wasn’t QUITE as bad as he seemed at the beginning. I loved this story, I really found it a fitting end to the series and as always I can’t wait to see what new direction Catherine will take us in next.
